A customer should pick us because we're trying to keep money in the community, help a cause and create a community. We figured out our competitors by google mapping Pop up restaurants in the Metro Detroit Area. Once we fully understand our competitors we will stake out our place in the market by producing food that potential customers would like to have and make our competitors' weaknesses our strengths.
